WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU

WE’RE A FAMILY RESTAURANT AND PROUD OF EVERYTHING. THAT MEANS…..

Silo is one of North Countries favorite spots to eat breakfast and lunch. For over 40 years, our guests have come to our restaurant to sit back, relax and enjoy delicious, hearty meals 7 days a week, every day of the year. Our low employee turnover rate is part of the magic and just like our guests, are family at the Silo.  We love to feed people and that means providing meaningful work for our employees that allows them to be fulfilled, realizing that what they do and who they are matters.

In short we are appreciative and grateful to guests and employees alike.

Here are some of our guiding principles:

Our Guests Come First

They’re more than just customers or consumers. They’re our guests, and we invite them into our business with open arms. They’re the very reason why we open our doors, and we put them at the center of everything we do

The Power of We

Our Silo family is our most important asset. We trust, support and respect each other and work together for the greater good. We recognize and reward the contributions of all.

Proud Of Our Culture

We are a family owned neighborhood restaurant with a country/diner theme. Since 1982, we’ve served quality food and healthy portions at a fair price. Our doors open and lights come on at 7am. We have been inviting locals and tourists alike to a place where everyone is welcome and treated like family.

The Silo is dedicated to the principles of equal employment opportunity in all terms, conditions and privileges of employment. We prohibit discrimination against all applicants, employees, or guests on the basis of race, religion, sex, gender, color, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age disability, marital or veteran status, pregnancy, off-duty legal activities, or any other status protected by federal, state or local law.
